Simply type the command as you normally would, but have it preceded by "QUOTE RCMD"
For example:
QUOTE RCMD CHKOBJ OBJ(QGPL) OBJTYPE(*LIB)
QUOTE RCMD CALL PGM(Yourpgm/Yourlib) PARM(Parms)
