Use the command:
DMPOBJ OBJ(library/object) OBJTYPE(*DTAQ)
The contents will be found in the spool file called QPSRVDMP

DSPDTAQ appears to be a third party command (we found references to it as being a TAATOOL command). We have checked all IBM OS versions up to V6R1M0 and can find no reference to it.
